Terms and Conditions

1. THE RENTAL TERM

This Agreement shall run from the date and hour of pickup until the time and day of return. Parties may extend or shorten the estimated term of rental or terminate the Term by mutual consent.

مدة اإليجار: تسري هذه االتفاقية من تاريخ وساعة االستالم حتى وقت ويوم العودة. يجوز لألطراف تمديد أو تقصير المدة المقدرة للإيجار أو إنهاء المدة باالتفاق المتبادل.

2. CONDITION OF VEHICLE

The Renter acknowledges the vehicle, and all accessories, tires, and equipment are sole property of the Owner and are delivered in good working condition and shall return the vehicle in the same condition as when received with all tires, tools, equipment, and documents intact.

حالة السيارة: يقر المستأجر بالمركبة، وجميع الملحقات واإلطارات والمعدات هي ملكية خاصة للمالك ويتم تسليمها في حالة عمل جيدة ويجب إعادة السيارة في نفس الحالة التي كانت عليها عند استالمها مع جميع اإلطارات واألدوات والمعدات والوثائق سليمة.

3. QUALIFICATIONS

The Renter states that he/she is physically and legally qualified to operate the vehicle and is 23 years and above. Any violation of this age limit upon discovery will attract appropriate penalties from the owner. Violation of this age limit also makes the Renter liable to any liabilities and damages that are incurred due to non-coverage by insurance.

المؤهالت: يجب أن يكون المستأجر مؤهلاً جسدياً وقانونياً لتشغيل السيارة وأنه يبلغ من العمر 23 عاماً فما فوق. أي تجاوز لهذا الحد العمري عند اكتشافه سيؤدي إلى فرض عقوبات مناسبة من المالك. كما أن تجاوز حدود العمر هذه يجعل المستأجر مسؤولاً عن أي التزامات وأضرار يتم تكبدها بسبب عدم تغطية التأمين.

4. PERSONAL & BUSINESS USE

The rented vehicle only is for personal or routine business use and operate the rented vehicle only on properly maintained roads and parking lots.

تعتبر السيارة المستأجرة مخصصة لالستخدام الشخصي أو العادي فقط، ويجب تشغيل السيارة المستأجرة فقط على الطرق ومناطق وقوف السيارات التي تمت صيانتها بشكل صحيح.

5. COMPLIANCE WITH UAE LAWS

Renter will comply with all applicable laws and safety precautions relating to driving a vehicle in the UAE and pertaining to operation of motor vehicles. The Renter shall be liable for any breach of the provisions of UAE laws or any terms and conditions of the owner.

يلتزم المستأجر بجميع القوانين المعمول بها واحتياطات السالمة المتعلقة بقيادة السيارة في دولة اإلمارات العربية المتحدة والمتعلقة بتشغيل السيارات. ويكون المستأجر مسؤولاً عن أي خرق ألحكام قوانين دولة اإلمارات العربية المتحدة أو أياً من الشروط واألحكام المنصوص عليها من المالك في عقد الإيجار.

6. RESTRICTIONS ON USE

The rented vehicle should not be used to push, propel, or tow another vehicle, trailer, or any other thing without the written consent of the Owner. Renter shall not intentionally destroy, damage, or aid in the theft of the vehicle. Renter will not sublease the rented vehicle or use it for hire.

ال يجوز استخدام السيارة المستأجرة لدفع أو جر مركبة أخرى أو مقطورة أو أي شيء آخر دون موافقة خطية من المالك. ال يجوز للمستأجر إتالف أو إتالف أو المساعدة في سرقة السيارة عن قصد. لن يقوم المستأجر بتأجير السيارة المستأجرة من الباطن أو استخدامها للتأجير.

22. REMOTE VEHICLE BLOCKING

If the customer exceeds the designated speed limits, or involved in act of racing, or over speeding, or misusing the car, entering in desert sand or fails to make timely rental payment, the rental company reserves the right to remotely block the vehicle, after one warning. To initiate the unblocking of the vehicle, the customer must pay an additional fee equivalent to one day's rental rate for the specific vehicle in use. This fee is non-refundable and must be settled before the vehicle is reactivated.

إذا تجاوز العميل حدود السرعة المخصصة، أو شارك في سباق، أو تجاوز السرعة، أو أساء استخدام السيارة، أو دخل في رمال الصحراء، أو فشل في دفع إيجار السيارة في الوقت المحدد، تحتفظ شركة الإيجار بالحق في حظر السيارة عن بُعد، بعد إنذار واحد. لبدء عملية فك حظر السيارة، يجب على العميل دفع رسوم إضافية تعادل سعر إيجار يوم واحد للسيارة المحددة المستخدمة. هذه الرسوم غير قابلة لالسترداد ويجب تسويتها قبل إعادة تفعيل السيارة.
